Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within [2–4 business days] of payment confirmation, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. During high-demand periods (mango season, festivals), processing may take longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Packaging
Kesar Bites ships in food-grade glass jars and Kesar Blush in sealed food-grade pouches, both packed in protective corrugated cartons to preserve freshness and prevent damage in transit.

Shipping Delays & Issues
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact prarorganic@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery / receipt so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
